Asking for Help

We understand you may have questions or encounter problems during setup or use of Backlight. The TTG community forum is the best place to ask questions, and the fastest place to get answers. Our team checks in daily to answer questions and solve problems, and community experts are oftentimes even faster to help.

When posting a question, please verify that :

  • Backlight is up-to-date with the latest version available to you.
  • Backlight's add-ons are up-to-date with the latest versions available to you.
  • TTG Publisher is up-to-date with the latest version available to you.

When asking for assistance, please provide as much of the following as you can :

  • Details of the problem, including a description of the expected behavior, and how it differs from the observed behavior.
  • The steps taken to reproduce the problem.
  • A link to a page or album you are having issues with.
  • The browser and browser version (e.g. Safari 8.0) where the problem occurred.

By providing this information up front, you help us to more quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve your issue.

We may ask for additional information, or access to your server (via FTP) and/or Backlight admin to further diagnose any problems. Be prepared to provide this information upon request.
